the party deal

Parties are available on Saturday and Sunday starting from 11am and weeknights from 4pm. The birthday party is also suitable for groups such as an end of year sports parties or any occasion where a fully catered party or private party room suits your needs

Our parties last for one hour and forty minutes, the choice of either fully hosted, non hosted, fully catered or non catered is entirely your choice, we provide two party choices to suit the occasion !

The Party Format is as follows:

  • - 20 minutes on the Xbox's (which includes a game safety briefing)
  • - 20 minutes first laser game
  • - 20 minutes seated in party room (food and drink, fully hosted)
  • - 20 minute second laser game
  • - 20 minutes back in the party room (cake, lolly bag etc..)

Basic Party

$19.50 per player - minimum charge is for 10 players

Includes:

  • free xbox time
  • 2 laser games
  • exclusive use of a private air conditioned party room
  • invitations
  • a can of drink for each player

Please note:  A party host, food and lolly bags are not provided with the Standard Party and we do not supply a cake

 

Deluxe Party

$22.50 per player - minimum charge is for 10 players

Includes:

  • free xbox time
  • 2 laser games
  • exclusive use of a private air conditioned party room
  • invitations
  • a can of drink per player
  • Dominos Pizza's (or fresh locally supplied Fish and Chips)
  • a lolly bag (quality brand name lollies)
  • and our exceptional service supplied by your own personal party host

 

PLEASE NOTE: We do not provide the cake for either the Deluxe or Standard Party (Cheesecake Shop and Wallsend Plaza are 2 minutes walk away!)

Special Notes/Conditions

  • - The minimum cost for a birthday party is 10 persons
  • - Minimum age for party child is 7 (turning 8)
  • - Birthday Cake is not provided
  • - Party bags are provided for paid players only (extras cost $3)
  • - At least one parent is to remain with the party
  • - After the second laser game the party table is provided for 20 minutes for presents and cake, after that time staff will need to clean and prepare the table for other parties
  • - Laser game sessions run every 20 minutes The length of game time will vary depending on the time taken by players to get suited up.
  • - The minimum game time is 15 minutes (usually 17 minutes)
  • - Parties less than 15 players are not guaranteed exclusive use of the arena however in such cases only children of a similar age will be permitted to join the party laser game
  • - One parent of the party child can play the laser games free of charge. Additional parent game cost is $6.50 per person per game.
  • - A $50 deposit must be paid at the time of booking. We can advise what times are available but will be unable to accept a booking until the deposit is paid, either by card over the phone, cheque, or in person.  Bookings can only be made by phone or in person, we cannot take bookings by email.
